Booking Fees
Weekend Packages (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday)
$4,995 (includes Tax/Set up/Service Fees) for use of the Clubhouse and Grounds for 13 Hours.
A $500 Security Deposit is also required. This will be refunded if there is no damage or overtime charges.
The time that you or your vendors are using the building is considered booked hours.
Events (and music) must end by 11PM.
Clean-up must be completed by 12AM.

Final Payment due 90 days before event: $4,995.00
There is no charge for outside rehearsals that do not require Club access. Outside rehearsals need to be scheduled with Club Representative to avoid conflicts with other events.
Requests for inside access or early drop off on the day before the event will be based on availability of the Venue, if no other event is booked, and cannot be approved more than 30 days before the event date. Prior day set up will be an additional $150 to split hours between 2 days. Additional Hours (above the booked package hours) can be added at $150/hour).
The fee includes the setup and breakdown of all tables, chairs, etc. furnished by the St. Petersburg Woman’s Club (see ‘ What’s Included’ list for complete details). Also, the club’s Onsite Facility Manager will be accessible during your event to answer any questions.
Packages for Every Need (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday)
Showers, Birthdays, Rehearsal Dinners, Anniversaries, Meetings – ask about our packages.
Hourly Rate $450 per Hour (Minimum of 4 Hours)
Events (and music) must end by 11PM.
Clean-up must be completed by 12AM.

"I was married at the St. Pete Woman's Club. The venue has a wonderful old Florida feel and isn't overly expensive like a lot of other options in and around St. Pete. We added 3 extra hours to be used the day before the wedding for set up and a couple extra hours for the wedding. Nancy was very helpful before the wedding and Adam was helpful the day we were decorating. We had plenty of room with 80 guests for dancing, a photo booth, and bar set up in the ballroom along with the cake and an open, unused stage for display. The building didn't get overheated with all the dancing and the lights above looked great." Alisha
"This is an absolutely gorgeous venue! Nancy and crew very easy to work with. Tables and chairs were set up correctly and they make sure you follow the check off list so you don't forget the details. The property and grounds are stunning with the old Oaks. You can dress this venue up or keep it casual. The air conditioner worked very nicely and all my guest were happy with the air flow. The flow of the venue was great and everyone loved the water too. This is a great venue and I highly recommend it. The caterer had no issue working in the kitchen. My list was for 135 people and it was very comfortable. Dance floor was perfect size! Acoustics were great for the music and I absolutely loved everything about it! Highly recommend this venue!"
