GENERAL BUSINESS MEETINGS
General Business Meetings are held on the second Friday of each month. Social Hour runs from 12:00-1:00pm, and the General Meeting is called to order at 1:00pm. Each meeting begins with a guest speaker on topics such as arts and culture, the environment, education, civic engagement and outreach, or health and wellness, and is followed by Club Business.
For members who are unable to attend the daytime meeting, we also offer an Evening Meeting on the second Tuesday of each month. This alternative provides flexibility for different schedules and gives everyone an opportunity to participate. The social half hour begins at 6:30pm, and the Business Meeting begins at 7:00pm.
Both the General Business Meetings and Evening Meetings are held at the Clubhouse from September through May, offering consistent opportunities for members to stay informed, engaged, and connected.
MONDAYS
Members, who are experienced MAHJONG players, play weekly from 2:00-4:00pm.
TUESDAYS
Book clubs meet monthly on the 2nd Tuesday at 10:30 am and the 3rd Tuesday at 6:00 pm.
WEDNESDAYS
The Health and Wellness CSP meets on the 1st Wednesday of the month, from September through May. The Sewing Group meets every Wednesday at 1:00 pm to work on their projects. Times vary during the summer.
THURSDAYS
BOARD GAMES and Mexican Train are played monthly on the 3rd Thursday. Followed by BYOL (buy your own lunch) at a local restaurant.
FRIDAYS
The Arts & Culture CSP meets on the 2nd Friday directly after the General Meeting.
BRIDGE Players & Subs meet on some Fridays.
The Communications Committee (PR,newsletter, website, social media, ) meets on the 3rd Friday at 11:00am.
BUNCO is monthly, usually on the 3rd Friday at 7:00pm.
Ladies Night Out! is monthly, usually on the 4th Friday.
